The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northwestern Rockingham County, southwestern Strafford County, and eastern Merrimack County until 6:45 p.m. EDT.

Wind Gusts: Up to 60 mph — strong enough to damage roofs, siding, and uproot trees.


Hail: Quarter-size hail could dent vehicles and harm crops.


Heavy Rain: Localized flooding possible in low-lying areas.


Impacted towns include: Nottingham, Strafford, Northwood, Barrington, Epsom, Pittsfield, Chichester, Lee, Deerfield, Farmington, and Rochester.


Safety Alert: Residents are urged to seek shelter in an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building and avoid windows until the storm passes.
